MONSTER HUNTER 4 ULTIMATE CIA REBOOTS 3DS HOW TO
The process on how to change Pokémon Crystal into Pokémon Crystal Clear (Pokémon CC) Thanks to u/mikeymikey93 (reddit) and Moods#2449/Johtofun (discord) helping with doing and explaining this process for this tutorial. Planning on playing Chrono Trigger next!Īltissia here making this tutorial on Pokemon Crystal Clear. In just a few days, I've already cleared Luigi's Mansion and Metroid Zero Mission, and I'm a good chunk of the way into Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga now as well.
MONSTER HUNTER 4 ULTIMATE CIA REBOOTS 3DS PORTABLE
It's just so nice to finally have something that's portable and in a good form factor to be able to clear all of my backlog on. Not only do I have access to all the DS and 3DS games I love (Pokemon, Monster Hunter, etc.), this also makes it so there's some really good ports and remasters of N64, GameCube, and Wii games playable on the system! Super Mario 64, Ocarina of Time, Luigi's Mansion, Star Fox 64, and Donkey Kong Country Returns to name a few.Īlright, I'm done gushing. On top of all the perfect emulation that the 3DS hardware is capable of, I have the ability to play the entire DS and 3DS library, which adds so much value.
MONSTER HUNTER 4 ULTIMATE CIA REBOOTS 3DS MOD
It took me about 30 minutes to mod my console with CFW, and it's so easy to just convert any ROM I want into a CIA file, and have it show up on my device's home screen as if it was officially distributed by Nintendo themselves (it's super cool to have some ROM hacks even work perfectly and pop up on the home screen as if it were a real game, like Pokemon Clover or the Mother 3 fan translation). I did some research, and I realized that the 3DS hardware can basically perfectly emulate any pre-N64 Nintendo console due to either running them natively (like the GBA) or having a real, Nintendo made Virtual Console emulator which has essentially 100% perfect emulation. My goal was to get something that would allow me to play through most of my retro backlog (mainly SNES and GBA) in a somewhat small form factor on the go. Initially, I was deciding between getting either an RG350, a PSP, or the thing I ended up ultimately choosing, the 2DS XL, which I got for $99 brand new pre-installed with Mario Kart 7 at Walmart (such a good deal). Essential.exefs, Seedminer, and Restoring Encrypted Saves For instance, did you want to use the MicroSD Manager from the New console on an Old console? Would you like to know what those files in the essential.exefs are for? How about restoring your saves, even if they’re encrypted? Removing system apps from the home menu? Or maybe you just want to learn more about what makes a 3DS tick. This is an overview of some concepts that aren’t widely covered in other guides.
